Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of superiorsolutionschems.com (the "Store") and to every order you place with Superior Solutions ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you're authorized to bind it.
Accounts and wholesale pricing
You're responsible for keeping your account sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers. We may approve, decline, or revoke wholesale status at our discretion, and we may ask for business or resale documentation.
Product use and safety
Our products are cleaning chemicals intended for professional and commercial use. You agree to:
- read and follow the product label and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use, and request an SDS from us if you need one;
- store, handle, use, and dispose of products as the label, the SDS, and applicable law require;
- keep products away from children; and
- make sure your use complies with local, state, and federal rules that apply to you.
Some products are regulated as hazardous materials for transport. They may ship only by ground, carry an additional handling fee, or be available only by phone order.
Prices, availability, and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products can sell out. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.
Orders and payment
Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a product we can't ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where required by law, calculated at checkout from your shipping address. If you're tax-exempt or buying for resale, email a copy of your valid exemption or resale certificate to sales@superiorsolutionschems.com. Checkout charges sales tax on every order; once we've verified your certificate, we'll refund the sales tax on that order and on later orders while the certificate is valid.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. This doesn't change our promise to replace or refund items that arrive damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

Warranty disclaimer
We warrant that products will match their published specifications when shipped. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, products are provided "as is", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Equipment may carry its manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute relating to these terms or an order will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
