Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship from DeRidder, Louisiana, with FedEx to addresses in all 50 United States. FedEx can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from live FedEx rates for your address and the weight of your order. You'll see every available option and its price before you pay.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (the same promise as the banner at the top of the site). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Hazardous materials

Some of our products are regulated for transport as hazardous materials. These can ship by ground only and may carry a hazmat handling fee. Some regulated products are currently available by phone order only: call +1 337 794 1829.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a FedEx tracking number. You can also check status any time on the order tracking page.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the package and the product. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's front desk, then contact us and we'll open a claim with FedEx.
