Superior Solutions ("we", "us", "our") sells car wash and industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment at superiorsolutionschems.com (the "Store"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and password when you create an account.
- Order details: billing and shipping addresses, the products you buy, and your order history.
- Wholesale applications: business name, contact details, and any tax-exemption or resale information you submit.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, or contact form.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We receive only limited details from Stripe, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring page.

How we use your information
- To process, ship, and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and refund notices.
- To calculate shipping (live FedEx rates) and sales tax, and to verify shipping addresses.
- To run your account and, for approved wholesale customers, apply your pricing.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Store secure.
- To understand how the Store is used, so we can improve it.
- To send marketing email only if you opt in. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Store, and only as needed for that purpose:

Google and Meta advertising tags load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline them, and the Store still works fully.
How long we keep it
We keep order, payment, and tax records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is seven years. We keep account information until you ask us to close your account. We keep other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete: you can update your account details at any time on the account page, or contact us to request a copy of your information or its deletion. We may keep records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records for past orders.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Cookies: you can decline advertising cookies in the banner, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.
Children
The Store is intended for businesses and adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
